Freshly painted, private entry ,completely furnished with a king size beutyrest legend mattress bed ,smart 60 in TV with Netflix and Amazon prime, high speed Wifi ,working desk with chair , table with 2 chairs , coffe maker ,toaster, electric tea keddle,keurig ,mini fridge, iron , iron board ,dining plates, bowls ,silverware, cups ,Mugs wine glasses ,there is a separate sink for dishes, bath towels , wash cloths Hand towels ,hair dryer vanity with vanity chair.

There will be Coffe,Sugar,Tea, Shampoo,Conditioner,Bodywash ,hand soap,toilet paperaper towel ,dish detergent some cleaning supplies.
The Private fence yard counts with lighting around , 2 chairs and a table , electric grill.This is a Private Entrance Room Attached to the left side of Main House. AC is control from the main house in summer set 72°cold
Winter 73° heat, ther is also a Ceiling Fan,side heater and fan in property.
