It’s Free Parking! You will have the entire condominium to yourself with Lake View and come with the Community Pool, the Workout room and the Laundry room. Community Pool is open year-round (Only close by emergency or maintenance by HOA)

I had a really nice stay at this Netwmp. it’s in a quiet vacation community alongside at private golf course, with a few restaurants in walking distance. I was here for a conference at a hotel that was about a 3/4 mile walk from the Airbnb.
I was comfortable and had everything I needed for the stay, and felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel even a night alone.
This was a clean and efficient condo near the Lake Las Vegas community. The check in was seamless, and the area was very safe. It’s easy walking distance to the lake Las Vegas waterfront, and about a 30 minute drive to the strip. This location was perfect for us since we were visiting Vegas destinations and exploring Boulder City and Henderson. It was clean, quiet, and a great home base for us during our trip.
